Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) in Kathleen, GA, seeks entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs for part-time roles with growth potential as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA, and training pathways toward becoming an RBT will be available.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, supportive environment, and opportunities to advance within PBS while providing meaningful services to families and children.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; degrees in relevant fields are a plus.
• Experience with ABA therapy or childcare is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel locally and actively engage children during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
