Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS) is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs for part-time roles in Georgia. Roles offer growth into full-time as caseloads expand and flexible scheduling to support work-life balance.

As a Behavior Assistant you can enroll in complimentary training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and pursue a Career Growth Pathway toward BCBA. PBS provides a supportive, growth-focused work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50lbs
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA
• Collect & record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools
• Communicate with families & clinical teams to ensure client success
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings & ongoing training
