Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision. The role offers flexibility with part-time scheduling, and the potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
