Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and experienced RBT roles in Georgia. Part-time positions with potential to move to full-time as caseloads grow.

Work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision, and training to become a certified RBT while contributing to treatment plans. Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and remain active throughout the session.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend supervised sessions, team meetings and ongoing training.
