Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring entry-level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Georgia. Roles are part-time with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. We offer complimentary RBT training and a clear growth path from BA to RBT.

You will support children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement within PBS's supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree in psychology/education a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• ABA therapy, childcare, education or related experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individually designed treatment plans.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
