Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT).

Part-time roles with potential to grow to full-time as caseloads expand, offering a supportive, flexible environment and complimentary 40-hour RBT training. Roles involve 1:1 ABA-based work with children, travel as needed, and local licensure/certification requirements where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; bachelor’s in psychology, education, or related field a plus

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA
• Collect & record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools
• Communicate with families & clinical teams to ensure client success
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings & ongoing training
