Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and RBT roles in Sheffield, AL. Part-time positions are offered with a path to full-time as caseloads grow, and you can enroll in complimentary RBT training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree a plus in related fields.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients actively during sessions and follow supervision.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
