Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced RBT positions. Roles are part-time with opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
