Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Alabama. Part-time positions offer growth opportunities as caseloads expand, with complimentary training to become an RBT and paths for advancement within PBS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degrees in psychology/education a plus
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education or related field is a plus
• Able to sit on the floor and move between positions during sessions

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by BCBA
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training

Education
