Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced RBT roles in Alabama. These part‑time positions offer growth into full‑time as caseloads expand and provide a path to RBT certification.

You will work 1:1 with children with autism under a BCBA’s supervision, implement individualized plans, collect data, and communicate with families and clinical teams to support client progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; BA in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.
• Ability to engage clients and lift up to 50lbs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
