Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced RBT roles in Tennessee. Part-time positions with growth to full-time as caseloads expand.

You will work 1:1 with children with autism under a BCBA supervisor and have access to paid training to become an RBT. PBS offers flexible scheduling, quarterly bonuses, 401(k) with company match, and benefits for 30+ hour weeks, plus mileage reimbursement and paid sick time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect & record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families & clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings & ongoing training.
