Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our Alabama team in Moody. Positions are part-time with a path to full-time as caseloads expand.

We offer complimentary RBT training, mentorship, and advancement opportunities. Roles involve working 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision, and include travel and local scheduling flexibility where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and follow ABA protocols under supervision.
• Experience in ABA, childcare, education, or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
