Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to support children with autism in homes, schools, and community settings.

Part-time positions with potential to grow to full-time as caseloads expand. As a BA or RBT, you will receive complimentary 40-hour RBT training, work 1:1 with clients under a BCBA, and participate in ongoing supervision and development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to actively engage clients and lift 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
