Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced RBT roles in Georgia.

Part-time positions offer growth to full-time as caseloads expand, with flexible scheduling, paid training, and mileage reimbursement where applicable. Roles involve working 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision, including data collection and collaboration with families and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree a plus
• Able to travel locally if required
• Experience with ABA therapy or related fields beneficial
• Ability to engage clients during sessions, lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training
