Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring entry-level Behavior Assistants (BA) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Georgia, with part-time positions that can grow to full-time as caseloads expand.

We provide complimentary RBT training and a pathway from BA to RBT, plus a supportive environment and opportunities for advancement. Roles involve working with children with autism, data collection, and collaboration with families and BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect & record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families & clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings & ongoing training.
