Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced RBT roles. Part-time positions with growth into full-time as caseloads expand.

PBS offers mentoring and advancement opportunities and complimentary RBT training; opportunities to become BCBA path via SA roles. Work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision; flexible scheduling; competitive pay with annual raises; quarterly bonus; travel reimbursement; health insurance for 30+ hours;

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; higher education a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to actively engage clients and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.
• Willingness to attend training and ongoing supervision.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams for client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, meetings, and ongoing training.
