Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Georgia is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs. Part-time roles with potential to move to full-time as caseloads grow, plus funded 40-hour RBT training to advance your career.

Roles involve working 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision, collecting progress data, and collaborating with families and clinical teams. Local travel may be required, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; higher education preferred in psychology/education related fields.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.

Education

High School Diploma

Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus
