Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS) is hiring entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs for part-time roles in Powder Springs, GA. The roles offer growth opportunities as caseloads expand and provide complimentary 40-hour RBT training.

Responsibilities include working 1:1 with children on the autism spectrum using ABA, data collection, and collaboration with families and clinical teams. Flexible scheduling and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
