Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism.

Part-time positions with growth to full-time as caseloads expand; PBS offers complimentary RBT training, mentoring, and career advancement pathways. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement, travel reimbursement where applicable, and a quarterly bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; higher degree a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally; reliable transportation.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• ABA therapy/childcare/education experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings & ongoing training.
