Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism. Roles offer part-time schedules with growth opportunities as caseloads expand.

TRAINING: Complimentary 40-hour RBT training and pathways to BCBA aspirations. Competitive pay with potential raises and quarterly bonus for substantial hours. Local travel reimbursement may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and travel locally if required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA sessions with children under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record client progress data.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend supervisions and ongoing training.
