Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with autism in home, school, and community settings.

These part-time roles offer mentoring, paid RBT training, and a clear growth pathway to an RBT. Flexible scheduling, travel reimbursement where applicable, and benefits for eligible staff are highlighted in the PBS program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required;Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education or related field is a plus.
• All roles are subject to local and state licensure, credentialing and certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
