Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to support children with autism. Roles offer flexible scheduling, training to pursue RBT certification, and a path to career growth within a supportive environment.

Positions are part-time with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, and include benefits like travel reimbursement, paid holidays, and quarterly bonuses where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; BA/BCBA-related paths encouraged.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to actively engage clients, sit on the floor, and assist lifting up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
