Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism.

Part-time roles with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, within a supportive, growth-focused environment. We offer complimentary 40-hour RBT training, mentorship, and a clear career path from BA to RBT, plus a quarterly bonus of $500 for those averaging 25 hours per week, and holiday pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; bachelor's in psychology, education or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Must meet local licensure, credentialing and certification requirements where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
