Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs for part-time roles in Middletown, MD. Positions offer growth to full-time as caseloads expand.

Roles involve working 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision, with opportunities for complimentary RBT training, travel reimbursement where applicable, and a clear path to becoming an RBT.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.

Education

High school diploma
