Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs for part-time roles in Maryland.

You will work 1:1 with children with autism, implementing ABA strategies under a BCBA, and have opportunities to transition to full-time as caseloads grow. We offer a supportive, growth-focused environment with training to become an RBT, flexible scheduling, and competitive pay with annual raises.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
