Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and RBT roles in Maryland. Part-time positions with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

PBS offers training to become an RBT and supports career progression from Behavior Assistant to RBT. Roles involve working 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision, collecting data, and coordinating with families and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree in psychology/education a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and engage clients during sessions.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and ongoing training.
