Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Middletown, MD.

Part-time roles with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, offering mentorship and advancement within a supportive, flexible work environment. Roles include 1:1 sessions with children with autism under BCBA supervision, plus opportunities to enroll in complimentary RBT training.

Qualifications

• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field preferred.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and follow supervision by BCBA.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
