Job summary

PBS is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) roles. Part-time positions with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. The organization supports training to become an RBT and offers a path from BA to RBT.

Roles require dedication to working with children with autism, 1:1 sessions, and collaboration with BCBA supervision. Local travel may be involved depending on caseload and location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s in related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Experience in ABA, childcare, education, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
