Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS) is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced RBT roles in Maryland. Roles include 1:1 work with children under BCBA supervision, data collection, and collaboration with families and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
