Job summary

PBS is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs in Maryland. Part-time roles with growth to full-time as caseloads expand, including access to complimentary training to become an RBT.

Work 1:1 with children with autism under a BCBA's supervision, using ABA strategies. We offer flexible scheduling, quarterly bonuses, holiday pay, paid travel reimbursement, and a clear career growth pathway to advance to an RBT.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree in psychology/education a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and ongoing training.
