Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for part-time roles with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

We offer complimentary training to become an RBT, plus a clear growth path from BA to RBT, flexible scheduling, and benefits such as holidays, sick time, and 401(k) match. Local travel may be required in your area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s in psychology/education a plus.
• Experience with ABA therapy, childcare, education a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
