Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) inPart-time roles with growth opportunities as caseloads expand.

The role offers 1:1 ABA with children, paid training to become an RBT, and potential to move into full-time positions. We provide mentorship, a growth-focused environment, and benefits including flexible scheduling, holiday pay, and a retirement plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; a Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.
• Comfort with 1:1 sessions and moving from sitting to standing.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA
• Collect & record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools
• Communicate with families & clinical teams to ensure client success
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings & ongoing training

Education
