Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

Part-time roles offer growth into full-time as caseloads expand, with free RBT training, travel stipends where applicable, and a pathway to BCBA goals. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay with annual raises, quarterly bonuses, holiday pay, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally and transport reliability expected.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy or childcare is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
