Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking individuals for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) roles. These part-time positions offer mentoring and the chance to pursue RBT training under BCBA supervision, with the potential to advance as caseloads expand.

We provide a supportive, flexible, and growth-focused environment for those starting in the field of ABA, with local credentialing and certification requirements to be observed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and assist with activities.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
