Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). Part-time roles with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

PBS emphasizes training to become an RBT, plus career development and supportive supervision. Roles offer flexible scheduling, opportunities for annual raises and a quarterly bonus for those meeting hours. Travel, sick time, and retirement benefits are included for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
