Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for part-time positions in Virginia. Roles offer 1:1 work with children with autism under BCBA supervision, with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• Experience or coursework in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
