Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) seeks Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism in homes, schools and community settings.

Part‑time roles offer growth into full‑time as caseloads expand and include complimentary RBT training. You will work 1:1 with clients under a BCBA, implement individualized plans, collect data, and communicate with families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA and trained staff.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
