Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our team. Part-time roles may grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

PBS emphasizes mentoring, advancement, and a pathway from a Behavior Assistant to an RBT with complimentary 40-hour RBT training. Roles involve working 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision, implementing individualized treatment plans, and data collection to monitor

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
