Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring entry-level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Virginia. Part-time roles offer growth into full-time positions as caseloads expand, with integration into mentoring, training, and advancement pathways.

PBS provides complimentary 40-hour RBT training, travel reimbursement where applicable, and a supportive environment focused on client quality of life. Local licensure and certification requirements apply as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; psychology/education degree a plus.
• Ability to engage children with ABA is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if needed.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and ongoing training.
