These part-time positions offer growth into full-time as caseloads expand, with paid training to pursue RBT certification and a clear career pathway. Responsibilities include one-on-one work with children with autism using ABA strategies, data collection, and collaboration with families and clinical teams under supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; related field degrees are a plus.
• Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
