Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Washington. Roles are part-time with opportunities to transition to full-time as caseloads grow.

You will work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision and have access to complimentary RBT training. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay with annual raises, a quarterly bonus of up to $500 for those averaging 25 hours weekly, holiday pay,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
