• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare or similar field is a plus.
• Capable of engaging children during sessions and following plans.
• Willingness to travel locally and meet licensure requirements.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to support success.
