Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs for part-time roles in Washington. Positions offer growth to full-time as caseloads expand and provide complimentary RBT training, transport reimbursement, and benefits for eligible hours.

Flexible scheduling and quarterly bonuses are part of the package. Roles involve working with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision, collecting data, and communicating with families

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; related bachelor’s degree a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and engage clients during sessions.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.

Education

High school diploma

Bachelor's in Psychology or Education (a plus)
