Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring entry-level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians in Washington. Roles are part-time with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand and an RBT-training track is offered.

You will work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision, implementing tailored plans, collecting data, and communicating with families and clinical teams to ensure progress. PBS emphasizes flexible scheduling, benefits, and career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement tailored treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
