Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Huntington, MA is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced RBT roles. Part-time positions offer growth to full-time as caseloads expand, with complimentary RBT training and opportunities for advancement.

You will work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision, implement individualized treatment plans, and help track progress. Travel locally may be required; reliable transportation is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; higher education in Psychology/Education is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and handle physical tasks (e.g., lifting up to 50lbs).
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect & record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families & clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings & ongoing training.
