Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to work 1:1 with children who have autism. Roles include training toward RBT certification, mentorship, and local travel as needed.

You will implement ABA-based treatment plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams to support client outcomes. Part-time roles offer growth to full-time with a strong benefits pathway.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; a Bachelor's in psychology, education, or a related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect & record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families & clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings & ongoing training.
