Positive Behavior Supports Corporation in Massachusetts is hiring entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs for flexible, part-time roles with a path to full-time as caseloads expand.

We provide complimentary RBT training, mentorship, and advancement opportunities. Roles support autism-focused services in homes, schools, and communities, with a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a Bachelor’s in psychology, education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and assist with physical tasks (up to 50 lbs).
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to support client success.
• Attend scheduled supervision and ongoing training.
