Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Massachusetts is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and RBT roles. Part-time positions with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, with BCBA supervision and pathways to RBT certification.

You will work 1:1 with children with autism, support ABA-based plans, collect data, and coordinate with families and clinical teams to help clients progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's in psychology or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
