Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation is hiring entry-level Behavior Assistants and registered RBTs to support children with autism. Roles are part-time with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, with complimentary RBT training and a clear career growth pathway.

Roles involve 1:1 ABA sessions, data collection, and collaboration with BCBA supervisors. Local travel may be required; a high school diploma is expected, with scholarly interest in psychology or education a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree a plus.
• Experience or exposure to ABA therapy is preferred.
• Will­ingness to travel locally if required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Collect and record data to track progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams.
• Attend supervisions, meetings and ongoing training.
