Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). Part-time roles with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

PBS offers comprehensive training to become an RBT, mentorship, and a path to BCBA goals. We provide flexible scheduling, competitive pay with annual raises, a quarterly bonus of $500 for meeting hours targets, holiday pay, and a 401(k) with company match up to 3%.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Ability to engage children with autism using ABA strategies and follow BCBA-designed plans.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
